PTU's New Building

PTU has faced some tough times. But from its rented premises in the REC (Regional Engineering College) Jalandhar to this Ultra Modern building near the Pushpa Gujral Science city on Ladowali Road it has come a long way.

Its worth mentioning that value of this entire project is Rs.2.60 crores.

Well Done PTU !!

As we all know that punjab has gone through such a turmoil in recent past. Being the time of year when the exams of all major Universities were scheduled. No one ever expected that things will change so drastically and all Universities were forced to postpone their exams.
PTU being one of the largest universities of Punjab with hundreds of colleges affiliated to it and lakhs of students pursuing different courses the way it handled the situation is commendable.
Because its never easy to reschedule the dates of exams considering the amount of complexities involved.
As it postponed single exam at a time .
It kept students motivated to some extent and didn't let them loose their momentum for studies , so that atleast they studied for the next exam.
Although it was quite tough for students because once an exam was postponed they were required to study the entire material again.
But the situation was so unprecidented , no one knew whats going to happen next.
Taking view of all above points i really think not only PTU but we all did a great job...so "Well Done" once again....!!

Yet Again....PTU

With the exams scheduled on 18 th and the students still waiting for their results. The official website of Punjab Technical University is virtually turning out to be useless for students.
Just try entering any roll number regular or reappear , the thing that appears on screen is NO MATCH FOUND.
This is creating so much inconvenience for the students because forms need to be filled before 18 th therefore students are in a tizzy position.

So what can be termed as utter negligience on the part of PTU officials. The official website of Punjab Technical University is out of order again.
Although the problem is not that serious as it was when this website was hacked. But this time it seems like PTU has been unable to pay their dues to the Domain Service Providers:Parallels Plesk Panel
